From humble beginnings and searchings for the right chair to hand-made rocking stool that improves your everyday life.
FROM THE BEGINNING
Our small company is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
3 years went into designing our first product – active chair Muista, until we launched the mass production in the fall of 2018.During this time we worked with local physical therapists and manufacturers to find the best solution for a truly active sitting experience.
Since then we participated in international design fairs in Helsinki (Habitare), Cologne (IMM), Paris (Maison & Objet), Vienna, Zurich, Hamburg (Blickfang).
We produce all Muista chair components locally, inside 300 km radius from our studio, by 5 skilled component manufacturers in 5 different cities.
As we produce these chairs in quite small quantities, we do some of the finishing and assembly procedures by our own hands in our Vilnius studio.
